Tenants don't file clean tickets — they say 'the sink is leaking.' RPM's AI intake asks the clarifying questions first — what, where, how urgent, how to get access — and produces a categorized, prioritized work order, ready for your review before it's ever assigned.
Assignment and dispatch
Assign work to your own staff, or dispatch to a roster of trusted vendors who accept or decline the job — with insurance and WSIB documents kept on file. Field staff check in and out on site, so you always know what was done, when, and by whom.
Billing and accounts receivable
Invoice the right party — tenant or owner — bill work back with pre-approval thresholds for smaller repairs, and track every invoice from sent to paid, with automatic follow-up on anything outstanding.
